This month, Bossley is teaming up with The Gospel Whiskey for Rye July, bringing together smoky BBQ flavours and bold Australian rye whiskey every Friday evening.

Throughout the month, sip your way through a limited selection of Gospel Whiskey cocktails, then join us on the Bossley Terrace from 5pm – 7pm for our Friday BBQ featuring seasonal dishes fresh from the grill.

Whether you’re dropping by after work, catching up with friends or simply embracing Melbourne’s cooler nights, Whiskey & Fire is your Friday excuse to slow down, raise a glass and settle in.
